Our matte formula is the same as the beloved Blends matte formula. Our shimmers are creamy like butter and apply amazingly with fingers on the lid. And our neons are pressed & ultra-pigmented! 4 of the shades (neon yellow, orange, pink and green) are UV reactive, meaning they glow under UV/blacklight!
